Migrate Trust Wallet to Metamask:

  1. Open MetaMask and click on the three dots at the top right corner of the screen. Select "Import Account" from the drop-down menu.

  2. Select the "Seed Phrase" option and enter your Trust Wallet recovery phrase. Click "Import."

  3. Follow the prompts to set up your MetaMask account. You will need to create a new password and confirm it.

  4. Once your MetaMask account is set up, you should see your Trust Wallet account balance and transaction history in your MetaMask wallet.

  5. If you have any tokens in your Trust Wallet that are not automatically added to your MetaMask wallet, you can manually add them by clicking on "Add Token" and entering the token's contract address.

  6. After ensuring that all your assets have been transferred, you can choose to delete your Trust Wallet app from your phone.

It is important to note that you should never share your seed phrase with anyone, and you should always keep it secure. Additionally, be sure to verify that the website you are using to download MetaMask is the official website and not a fraudulent site.

Note: Make sure you have the same account selected on both Trust Wallet and Metamask to ensure you are importing the correct wallet.
